Am I locked into a listing agreement when selecting an agent?
No! When you select an agent’s proposal, they will reach out to you to schedule a walkthrough of the property. During this meeting, you can discuss your selling needs, ask any questions, and allow the agent to explain how they would market your home and why they are confident in their capability to sell it.You will only sign a listing agreement if you are satisfied with the agent and feel they are a good fit. If not, you can simply choose a different agent from the platform.You are not obligated to sign a listing agreement with any agent unless you are confident in their ability to get the job done.

How do I get paid my cash bonus?
The agent selected will process the Redy fee upon receiving a signed listing agreement from you. Once the fee is collected, Redy will retrieve your ACH information and submit the cash bonus for payment within 2-3 business days.
How do I view the proposals?
All proposals will be submitted through your Redy dashboard. You can log back into your Redy.com account to scroll through the offers. Agents submitting proposals are not given your contact information and are prohibited from reaching out to you directly.
