The Platform facilitates fair and transparent competition among agents where Real Estate agents can propose the terms that work for them. Only on Redy, agents will propose an upfront cash bonus, listing commission and listing term to the home seller.  From the home sellers Redy dashboard they can choose the agent they would like to meet with for a walk through of the property. When there's chemistry and the home seller and agent agree on a listing contract, the home seller is paid by Redy when the listing agreement is signed.
Redy is 100% free for agents to sign up today. However, if your proposal is selected by the home seller, and a listing agreement is signed, the proposal amount will be processed, and you will become the exclusive agent for that listing.
A proposal is a plan you submit to a prospective home seller outlining commission, contract duration and cash incentive to the home seller. Proposals allow home sellers to easily compare their options and find the best agent for their needs.
Each proposal includes a commission rate, contract duration, cash incentive and any included services such as marketing plan, experience etc. Agents can also submit a personalized written or video message for the home seller. Redy encourages agents to customize each proposal by including property-specific recommendations.
Based on your state real estate license and market areas, agents will be notified when a property is live on Redy. Agents will receive an email notification with property details and an SMS notification with City and State with instructions to log into their Redy account. Final notifications are sent on the property within 24 hrs of the proposal collection period ending.
